    YOUR PURCHASE FROM THERE'S STILL CHRISTMAS, LLC IS NOT TAX DEDUCTIBLE. There's Still Christmas, LLC is not a charitable company organized under U.S. Code section 501(c)(3). There's Still Christmas, LLC is a limited liability company formed pursuant to the laws of the State of New Jersey. Ronald McDonald House is a charitable organization, and pursuant to IRS regulation is designated a "50%" organization, meaning an individual or business may donate to them tax free an amount equal to 50% of the individual or business' adjusted gross income, which is also defined by IRS regulation. Accordingly, There's Still Christmas, LLC will donate 50% of its adjusted gross income to the Ronald McDonald House, from revenue generated by the sale of the song "There's Still Christmas" as recorded by artist Annalisa de Sena, said recordings being made in September and October of 2009. The $100,000.00 goal stated on www.TheresStillChristmas.com and in all other advertisements is a goal for an amount and not a promise of a gift for that amount. It is the intention and promise of There's Still Christmas,LLC to donate 50% of all adjusted gross income to the Ronald McDonald House, whether the amount finally collected falls short of the stated goal of $100,000.00, or hopefully, well exceeds the $100,000.00 goal.
